Frogs ‘n turtles

Unfortunately Google’s cache hasn’t made a copy of my most recent post, ‘Frogs ‘n turtles’, so I’ve got to start from scratch. So, here’s the short and sharp version of the original post.

So here is that ‘collective’ post I was going to blog. Continuing on with my two work placements, I’ve had some pretty cool opportunities to experience and learn things I wouldn’t have anyway. The majority of the following photos come from my time with the MRCCC. I was also fortunate to join Dale Watson (MRCCC) and Marilyn Connell (Tiaro Landcare) for a day out ‘turtling’ on the banks of the Mary River. We were fortunate to see several of the endangered Elusor macrurus (Mary River Turtles) which only live in the Mary River.
