A new (rather unnecessary) road, IMO, has been constructed right ontop of this frog’s habitat, hence Ed was involved with trying to mitigate the impacts of the road on these threatened frogs. Unfortunately, this was a great example of a failed attempt to reduce the impacts on this species. Fortunately though, a couple of wallum frogs were heard calling from their now rather reduced habitat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
I was invited to join Ed Meyer last Friday night, in the wake of the large downpour we received a[…]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":744,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[70,65,44,3,9,71,69,75,74,96,46,23,8,19],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/froggingaround.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/742"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/froggingaround.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/froggingaround.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/froggingaround.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/froggingaround.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=742"}],"version-history":[{"count":5,"href":"https:\/\/froggingaround.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/742\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":790,"href":"https:\/\/froggingaround.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/742\/revisions\/790"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/froggingaround.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/744"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/froggingaround.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=742"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/froggingaround.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=742"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/froggingaround.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=742"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
